Two of the Western New York’s oldest and well-respected real estate valuation and consulting firms today announced they have merged forming upstate New York’s largest commercial and industrial appraisal firm.
File ENPM Awarded Town of Almond Reassessment Project
The Town of Almond, in Allegany County, at their Town Board meeting on December 1, 2010 awarded their reassessment contract to Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar, Inc. (ENPM). The reassessment project, to be completed in 2012, will be the first reassessment of the town since 2006 and will involve assisting the assessor in placing values on approximately 1,150 parcels.
File ENPM Awarded Town of Scriba Reassessment Project
The Town of Scriba, in Oswego County, at their Town Board meeting this week awarded their annual reassessment and maintenance contract to Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar, Inc. (ENPM). ENPM beginning in 2011 will assist Town Assessor Kerry Barnes in maintaining their equalization rate at 100% over the next 2-years. In 2013, ENPM will begin the reassessment of all town parcels which is scheduled to be completed in 2014.

File ENPM Awarded Town of Grand Island Reassessment Project
In their effort to maintain a fair and equitable tax assessment roll, the Town of Grand Island Town Board at their meeting on April 2, awarded their reassessment contract to Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar, Inc. (ENPM). The one-year year contract calls for a town-wide revaluation of all 8,912 parcels in the town. ENPM will working closely with Town Assessor Judy Tafelski to provide a fair and equitable tax roll at 100% of market value.
